Hannah Hamilton, APRN

Hannah Hamilton, APRN, obtained her nursing degree from Fairfield University in 2017. After years of critical care and GI experience as an RN, she attended Quinnipiac University and obtained her graduate degree in 2025.

She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, dogs and family.
